Happy Wednesday everyone!
I finally got my Too Faced order from Black Friday and wanted to write up a little review of my products.
But first, can we talk about how much I love my newest purchase from Target? This donut sweater has my heart.
Alright, let’s talk Too Faced. I couldn’t pass up their Black Friday deal because Better Than Sex is my 2nd favorite mascara (next to Urban Decay Perversion), and if you bought the mascara you received 50% off another item and I’ve been dying to try the Sweetheart Blush (which I got for $15 instead of $30).
First things first, Too Faced’s packaging is on point. I didn’t even want to ruin the box when I was opening it. I have to admit, I’m a sucker for good packaging. Is that weird?
I’ve already used Better Than Sex many times, but I wanted to post a before and after of just how well this mascara really works. I’ve been asked many times if I’m wearing false eyelashes when I have this on, but 3 coats of this mascara is what does the trick!
The only downside of this mascara for me is that towards the end of the day it sometimes starts to flake, so you just have to be careful. I think I love the brush on this mascara the most. The shape covers my outer corner lashes perfectly because that’s usually a problem spot with regular mascara brushes.
Moving on to the Sweetheart Blush…again maybe I’m just a sucker for the packaging because it was just too cute for me to pass up!
I got the shade “Candy Glow” and its perfect for my fair skin. It gives me a naturally flushed look, which is what I like. I tried to get a good picture of how this blush looks on my skin, but if it helps, I am wearing it in my sweater picture.
So since I obviously don’t have enough lip gloss (jk, I definitely do) I chose the Glamour Gloss in “Sex Pot” (I’m also wearing this in my sweater picture) and the Original Lip Injection, a classic! Sex Pot looks like it would be darker than it is, but as you can see, it shows up as a light pink on my lips.
Side note, I’ve noticed over half my everyday makeup I’ve been wearing is Too Faced. I feel like their products have come a long way since I first started trying out their makeup, and a lot of their products like their Shadow Insurance and mascara have become staples for me.
Has anyone else tried these products or have another Too Faced product they love? I would love to hear about it.
