Happy Monday! Or shall I say Happy Bachelor Monday?
After binge watching this season all day yesterday (I was a little behind), I found myself needing to recreate contestant Britt’s look.
Whatever personal opinions people have about her on the show, there is no denying she is absolutely gorgeous. I adore her glowy, shimmery eyes and bright lips. So here is what I came up with to get her look.
From left to right the specific colors I used were MAC Rebel, Naked, Buck, Smog, and Creep from the Urban Decay Naked 1 palette, Nude Beach from the Too Faced Natural Eye palette, and the Bella Pierre shimmer powder in Exite.
To make my eyes super shimmery, I used the Exite powder on my browbone, and then with a fluffy eyeshadow brush, I dabbed Nude Beach all over my lid, browbone, and in the inner corner of my eye. Nude Beach is SUPER shimmery, so I made sure to hold a tissue under my eye so I didn’t have glitter all over my face.
I used the shade Naked on my lid, and then used a mix of Buck and Smog in my crease. I lined my eyes with the Wet n Wild Mega Liner Eyeliner in black (pictured above) and then went over the line with the shade Creep. Britt has a super soft winged look, so with a smaller brush, I flicked Creep out at ends to create the wing shape and blended it in the outer corner of my eye.
Britt has super long eyelashes, so I finished my eyes with two coats of Urban Decay Perversion mascara to achieve the same effect. I would say if you want to achieve some extra length, you could definitely add false lashes as well.
Lastly, I applied MAC Rebel lipstick because the color is definitely close to whatever shade she wears on her lips, and finished my face with my contouring trick seen here. Here are some more pictures of the finished product…
I’m excited to see what happens on tonight’s episode, although I’m not sure what’s going to happen to my girl Britt! Any predictions on who you think will be the winner? Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you enjoyed this tutorial!
