What’s in my Sephora Bag?

A couple of weeks ago, I stopped into Sephora to stock up on some absolute necessities, but I also picked up a few new products I’m absolutely obsessing over that I wanted to share with you.

So let’s discuss what’s in my Sephora bag, shall we?

Let’s start with my necessities…

  1. Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashesfullsizerender-44

This is one mascara I always go back to. I love everything about it honestly! The pigment is perfect, it doesn’t flake, it doesn’t clump and quite frankly, I love that the brush is normal. There are so many fancy mascara wands out there, but I love the simplicity of this one. Plus I think the packaging is so cute.

2. Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray

If you do not have a setting spray in your everyday makeup regimen, you need to start using one now. My makeup does not move when I have this on. There are many setting sprays out there, and I know Urban Decay is a little pricier, but this is the best one of all the other varieties I’ve tried.  If you are looking for a cheaper option, the ELF Makeup Mist and Set is actually not bad. The Urban Decay one lasts a long time though. I got mine for Christmas and just replaced it a few weeks ago, because you only need a couple spritzes.

Pro tip, after I finish my foundation routine, I spray this on my Beauty Blender sponge and dab it all over my face. My makeup seriously does not move!

Speaking of my Beauty Blender…

3. Beauty Blender SolidFullSizeRender 43.jpg

If you use a Beauty Blender sponge, you need this product. I’m not even exaggerating. When I first got the Beauty Blender I was cleaning it with regular soap and water, and it fell apart so quickly and soap and water would never really get it clean. When I finally was able to try the BB solid, I was amazed. It takes away all the icky makeup build up, and it has made the life of my BB last sooo much longer. Do not skimp on the cleaning product for this tool and get the solid cleanser!

4. Sephora Collection Pearl Face Mask

I’m not a huge face mask person, but I love these sheet masks from Sephora. This Pearl one is my favorite. They’re cheap, quick, easy and refreshing! I really want to try the sleep masks next.

Now onto my new buys…

  1. Elizabeth and James Nirvana White Dry Shampoo

When I say I am obsessed with this product, I mean it, I am obsessed. I fell in love with the Elizabeth and James Nirvana White perfume this summer after getting a sample (I really want the full size if anyone ever needs a gift idea for me *wink wink*) and I’ve heard awesome things about the dry shampoo. I love this! It works so well and it makes my hair smell sooooo good! It is a little pricey, and I wouldn’t normally spend as much as I did on a dry shampoo but this one is so worth it!

2. Lancome Miracle CC Cushion

This is yet another product I don’t know how I managed without before I had in in my makeup routine. Lancome has recently released a line of Color Correcting CC primer cushions, and they are amazing. I purchased the green one to combat my redness and because I love it so much, I also just ordered the purple!

3. Buxom Wildly Whipped Lightweight Lipstick in Devious Dolly

I am a huge fan of the original Buxom Dolly Lip Polish, and I’ve been itching to try this one. I love the color, and the smell of all the Buxom products. I wish this was just a little thicker in consistency, but overall, I am happy with this product.

3. Sephora Collection Shea Lip Mask

I haven’t gotten around to trying this product yet, but I am saving it for the inevitable point when my lips start to get dry with the change of seasons (it’s already happening!). I’ve seen lip masks become a really popular product, so I’m excited to see how this one works.

Have you tried any of these products? What beauty essentials are you loving, or which ones do you want to give a try?
