Blonde Side Thanksgiving Style

I am so excited to start talking holiday style, starting with Thanksgiving of course. While I don’t think anything will ever top my Buzzfeed worthy outfit of last year (yes you heard that right) I will try my best to impress this Thursday!

Of course, my style is always evolving and there are some trends and pieces I have become absolutely obsessed with this season.

I remember when I was younger I hated velvet.  It was itchy, it was hot and it was awful. Fast forward to my 25 year old self, and I love that this trend is back! This purple hued tank with lace trim is to die for. This is certainly different from the velvet I hated wearing during the holidays as a child. I love the grown up, sexy tank on this fabric this season.

2. Blazers

I’ve been on a blazer kick! I think they’re so sophisticated, and easily add some chicness to any outfit. I actually can’t wait to pair this black blazer with the velvet tank top. Add a choker, like my staple Baublebar favorite and some faux leather leggings, and this is the perfect holiday look in my opinion! Emphasis on the leggings here y’all, especially with the food I am about to consume at Thanksgiving dinner.

Again, if I had known bodysuits were about to come back in a big way, I would have stopped my mom from donated all of her vintage ones to Goodwill. Le sigh. Alas, this is yet another look I am loving. While it might not be what I am wearing for dinner on Thursday, this is a great night out look for tomorrow! I’m pairing this lace up bodysuit with my go to denim. On a side note, I think the bodysuit is absolutely do-able at the dinner table with a blazer. Again, all 3 of these pieces are so versatile and that’s why they are my must haves at the moment.

I am not 100% sure what I will wear for Thursday, because my look is always a game time decision. Make sure to follow me on Instagram to find out what I chose as my final Thanksgiving look!

What are your fave trends of the moment, or for the holiday season? I would love to know what you’re all loving lately.
