Hey all, and happy Monday! If you’re new around here, you may not know I work as a Student Affairs administrator in my full time life. That’s why I have been pretty MIA for the entire month of August. Between working 40+ hours a week and finding time for my personal life, it’s been a difficult balance, but sharing my love of all things fashion and beauty is what I really love to do. So I spend whatever free time I have blogging!
If we want to talk about great finds, I got this baby sized mint green Keurig for super cheap, and I’m obsessed. It’s still on super sale right now, and comes in lots of other fun colors.
To be honest, I’ve been wearing Saint every day since I got it, and I love the way it smells. It’s just really nice for everyday wear. I’ve only tried Sinner on, but I’m waiting for the cooler weather to kick in, because this heavy scent is going to be a fall go to.
I also picked up this Urban Decay Velvetizer Mix In to try.
I’m really excited about it because there are certain foundations I love, but they make my skin look oily in a couple of hours. So far, I’ve been extremely happy with the results.
I also just recently jumped on the Colourpop train…finally!
I ordered some crazy colors (for $6 a pop, why not?) and I’m excited to try them out. For the shades I have tried, I am loving the pigmented color and the long wear. The colors I ordered include Petit Four, Marshmallow, Cheap Thrills, Femme and Trap. To be honest, the grey is a stretch and I know I’m not Gigi Hadid, but she was definitely my inspo for this purchase.
Also, I’m loving the gorgeous Anastasia Subculture palette.
Full review to come, don’t you worry.
For those of you that don’t know, Rose Quartz is the crystal for unconditional love, I felt connected to that, and I have been keeping it by my bed. Call me crazy, but I really believe I can feel its calming energy.
This has been sort of a random mix of favorites, I know, but quite honestly my life has been pretty random as of late, so it’s keeping within the theme!
Hope you all have the best week, and thanks for reading.
