Blonde Side Gift Guide: Holiday Staples for Her

YAY for December! Happy December 1st all. I’m so very excited for Holiday time. Speaking of which, the other night I went to a Holiday Shopping party…was there ever a more perfect activity for me?

Sweater / Skirt / Boots

While I was there I became inspired to share my holiday shopping favorites for the season…basically this year’s take on the staples I always turn to. I know shopping isn’t some people’s favorite thing to do, but for me I love buying gifts for other people. Hopefully this post helps you out if you’re stuck on your buying inspiration!

1. Candles – My obsession with candles is REAL. They make such amazing gifts, seriously what is better than a luxurious candle? Here are my top picks:

Diptyque

My favorite scents are Mimosa and Vanille. Spoiler alert, I coerced  asked my boyfriend nicely for one of these candles for a Christmas gift and he obliged, although it was a tough choice, I settled on Mimosa.

Voluspa

These candles are new for me, but they are incredible and seriously affordable. I love the Ambre Lumiere and the Macaron. They also have some amazing gift sets like this that make such great gifts.

Nest

These candles also smell amazing. I love the Sugar Cookie. What makes an even more amazing gift, however, is this diffuser set.

I have gotten two of these and the glass bottles are gorgeous, and the box packaging it comes in is beautiful. This is one of my favorite gifts this season.

2. Makeup Palettes- IMO you can never go wrong with a makeup palette. The packaging is always so sleek and chic looking, and the products inside are even more glam. Here are my top picks:

Kylie Cosmetics

I mentioned this Koko Face Palette in my Cyber Monday post (where you can also find more of my favorite picks) because I’m obsessed. You get 2 illuminating powders, blush and bronzer for $40 which is a steal, or even better if you can catch it on sale. I also love her Naughty palette, Nice palette, and her Wet Set palette that are part of the Holiday collection (and all currently in stock!).

NARS

Anytime I receive a NARS product as a gift, my heart jumps for joy because they’re so good, and their packaging is amazing. I love their Unfiltered II cheek palette (pictured) and this Loaded eyeshadow palette.

Anastasia Beverly Hills

I cannot say enough about how much I love ABH’s Glow Kits. I got my Sugar Glow Kit during the VIB sale (can’t get enough of the Starburst Shade).

I’m also obsessed with the Aurora Glow Kit and Moonchild Glow Kit as Christmas gifts because of their wintery inspired shades.

3. Graphic Tees/Sweatshirts- I feel like when you really know someone, a cute and witty graphic tee or sweatshirt is such a perfect gift. Here are my top picks:

Chaser

I’m currently obsessed with this Champagne, Sunglasses & Sweatpants tee.

Seriously, who couldn’t see you rocking a cute pair of sunnies with this tee over brunch?

Wildfox

I’m always crushing on Wildfox anything. Between their cute sayings and ultra, I mean ultra soft material, there is not a person who would love one of their pullovers.

Bow & Drape

I just discovered this super cute, super funny sequined sweatshirts. Who would love this adorable Carbdashian sweatshirt?

I’m also a fan of this cute donut sweatshirt because donuts.

Also an honorable mention for this Fa La La La La Latte Sweatshirt

Which I slept in all last night because it was too cozy to take off.

I hope you enjoyed this gift guide. Do you like these types of posts, and if so, would you like to see more? I would love your suggestions!
