Contrary to people’s opinions about giving gift cards as Christmas gifts, I actually look forward to getting gift cards to my favorite spots. Number one, I can assure I am picking out something I actually want and will get use out of, and number two, it’s like a gift that keeps on giving even after the holidays are over.
I love getting gift cards to Sephora like the total makeup junkie I am. Today I wanted to share some current items I’m lusting after if you too are trying to figure out what to spend those gift cards on. Ps- their packaging for their gift cards this year was ON POINT with this cute little zip around holder.
First on my list is this Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Starter Set.
First of all, I’m really into this set to try the Advanced Night Repair Serum and the Eye Cream. I’ve heard rave reviews on both, and there are also 2 extra products included in this set for only $35!
I love trying new mascaras, but this $4 one really has my heart for the moment.
I am not kidding when I say I live on dry shampoo. This next product is such a splurge, but it is so good. It’s the Elizabeth and James Nirvana Bourbon Dry Shampoo.
I already own the Nirvana White version (which also happens to be my favorite fragrance), and these dry shampoos are just amazing. They are so luxurious and they leave your hair smelling perfectly fragranced. If you have a gift card, you owe it to yourself to try them!
My skin has been so dry this winter, especially on my face, so this mask seems like a much needed treat for some moisture.
True life, I think I have a highlighter obsession and Becca Highlighters have become one of my top favorites.
While we’re on the topic of highlighters, I don’t have a brush that quite gets it right for applying them. This Fenty Beauty Portable Highlighter Brush is everything.
I cannot say enough about how much I love the Fenty Beauty line. Between the makeup and the tools, I have loved absolutely everything I have tried. I could kiss Rhianna for making such an amazing brand!
Lastly, I am really needing to try this MILK Makeup Matcha Toner. And yes, that really is toner in stick form.
What beauty products did you receive for Christmas or plan to get post holiday season? I would love to hear your thoughts and recs.
